I'm THIRSTY!

"uuuuh, just wondering when you are going to post today? i'm waiting to see if you BREAK."

Thanks for the vote of confidence, snot Anna. You're a peach. For the record, I almost DID break this morning. I rolled out of bed and stepped on the scale and sure enough, it was right back up to 166. The sight of those numbers did nothing to relieve my throbbing head ache. Things just went down hill from there... I wandered downstairs to have a granola bar and (sigh) some Crystal Light only to discover that my husband drank the last of it before I got up. I'm telling you people, it was a lucky thing there was no Diet Coke (and no illegal narcotics) in the house to speak of. To say that I was in a fragile state would be putting it mildly. I managed to find a packet of Crystal Light by rummaging through the back of my pantry. I'm sure it must be left over from the good old days when I started weight watchers and was actually making an attempt to drink something other than Diet Coke. I've never been so happy to see a packet of year-old Crystal Light in all of my life.

So I'm hanging in. I stayed on plan and tracked all day yesterday, just like I said I would. I was feeling pretty snacky last night, so I ate a bag of 94% fat free popcorn. That set me back about 4 flex points, but at least I didn't dive into the Dove Chocolate that I bought for .50 cents a bag using coupons a few days ago. That said, I didn't get any exercise either... But tonight is definitely the night! I'm heading out for a walk, even if it kills me... And it just might, given my fragile state and all.

LOL too funny. I think I would have killed the husband, Especially if someone had taken away my caffeine.

I hope you got your walk in, and enjoyed it (at least a little bit!)
